Association administration
Decisions in the regional assembly and its three committees are simple: discussion, vote, next item. However, these processes are often backed up by months of detailed preparation and follow-up, consideration and research in order to create the basis for important decisions. These are developed for the region by the 80-strong team at the association's head office in Kronenstrasse in an interdisciplinary, goal-oriented and flexible manner. In addition, there are countless tasks and projects in the areas of planning, business and transport that affect the people of the region, sometimes directly, sometimes indirectly, and whose careful preparation is essential for decision-making at a political level. Just like the preparation, the subsequent implementation is also based on careful work in the association's head office and close cooperation with local authorities and partners at home and abroad.
