The Verband Region Stuttgart is shaping the future of one of the most dynamic regions in Europe. With our directly elected regional assembly, we provide impetus for an economically strong, liveable and sustainable region. In addition to regional planning and the promotion of business and tourism, we take on particular responsibility in the area of mobility: as the responsible body for the S-Bahn, in regional traffic management and in traffic planning.
To complete our IT team, we are looking for a new member as of 01.02.2026
- IT user support for hardware and software issues (e.g. MS Office 365, Sharepoint, Teams, Onedrive, special software, Windows 11, multifunctional devices, smartphones, tablets, media technology)
- Allocation, ordering and management of IT consumables, among other things, as well as goods receipt and distribution
- Assisting the IT department managers, in particular the IT management, including project collaboration
- Documentation (project documentation, operating manuals, emergency manual, instructions, ticket system)
- Invoice processing
Due to the necessary flexibility of the office, it is possible to change tasks.
- successfully completed training in the IT sector
- a quick grasp, willingness to cooperate and an independent, structured, solution-oriented way of working
- a willingness to show above-average commitment and a willingness to work outside normal business hours as required
- Service-oriented user support
You have demonstrable experience and knowledge in several of these areas:
- Operating systems (e.g. Microsoft Windows systems)
- Application software (e.g. Microsoft Office products)
- media technology
- System software (e.g. VMWare)
