The Stuttgart Region Association is shaping the future of one of Germany’s strongest regions—and to do so, we need people who want to play an active role in shaping this path.
We are further developing public transit, managing the region’s S-Bahn, planning modern transportation networks, and ensuring that mobility is reliable, climate-friendly, and accessible to everyone. In addition, we provide important impetus in regional planning as well as in economic and tourism development, thereby creating the conditions under which the region can grow and continue to develop positively.
For our IT team, we are looking for a
- IT user support for hardware and software issues (e.g., MS Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, specialized software, Windows 11, multifunction devices, smartphones, tablets, media technology)
- Procurement, ordering, and management of IT consumables and other items, as well as receiving and distributing goods
- Supporting IT department managers, particularly the IT leadership team, including project collaboration
- Documentation (project documentation, operating manuals, emergency manual, instructions, ticket system)
- Invoice processing
Due to the flexibility required by the office, changes to the scope of duties are possible.
- Successful completion of an IT-related training program
- Quick learner, willing to collaborate, and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to go above and beyond and, when necessary, to be available to work outside of regular business hours
- Willingness to address users’ questions and needs and find appropriate solutions
You have proven experience and knowledge in several of the following areas
- Operating systems (e.g., Microsoft Windows systems)
- Application software (e.g., Microsoft Office products)
- Media technology
- System software (e.g., VMware)
